Our hire dedicated staff service is a favorite for Individuals, SME’s and Corporates who are looking for software based development without investing in infrastructure.

Through this unique service, you can hire an expert programmer who will work exclusively on your projects and at a fraction of the cost compared to in-house developers.

Contracts are renewed on a weekly or monthly basis, so you can engage our services for as short or as long as you want.

A dedicated developer works like your full time employee focusing just on your work. The only difference is your dedicated developer is based in our office.

You can manage the dedicated developers using your management techniques and that too without committing salary, taxes, benefits, infrastructure cost, computers and software licenses and so on. We take care of all this.

You will be their virtual project manager during the contract period. The hired programmers will work in-synch with you.

Process for start up: In order to begin this relationship we enquire detailed information about the skills and hardware, software development environments required.

We then select an appropriate candidate(s) which match your requirement.

Finally we will sign a work agreement with you.

We are more than happy to sign an NDA with you on demand.


Payment: We require a 50% advance for first month. Then full pre-payment for each additional month. We expect payment between the 25th and 30^th of each subsequent month.


Holidays: Saturdays, Sunday and major Indian national holidays.
If required we can provide a list of major Indian national holidays.
